We live at 60 Sage Hill Road NW and there is nowhere in Calgary we’d rather live. We have heated underground parking, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, full sized washer and dryer and best of all a common room where we gather regularly with other tenants in the building. We are supplied with a continental breakfast EVERY Sunday. There is also an activity once a month provided by the building. We’ve made lots of friends and love living here. The location is two blocks from stores, library, dentist, hairdresser and more!
We find this building to be in a very convenient location, clean, and well-managed. The office staff are very attentive and respond to any inquiries almost immediately. Both the gym and the heated underground parking area are very clean. All the appliances are neat & clean. While the construction work around the building can be a bit of an inconvenience due to noise and dust, we hope it will be over soon.
I’ve lived at Sage Hill Views for three years, and it’s truly been a fantastic experience. The building is well-maintained, the community is welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and friendly. One of the highlights has been the monthly events hosted by the Apartment Life Coordinators—they consistently bring such positive energy and create opportunities for residents to connect. The games, the occasional free produce, and the uplifting vibe make these gatherings something to look forward to every month.
We find Sage Hill Views to be quiet, very clean, luxurious, great location, close to walking trails, easy access to on-site fully equipped gym. We are proud to call Sage Hill Views are new home. We have lived here 2-1/2 years now. We still find our home enjoyable to live in. The Staff are very responsive to our requests for service, also they are very respectful and really seem to want our stay here to be as memorable as possible.
